Hi there! good to be here! another challenge - so with all the challenges that I'm in, I am trying to grow hair, lose weight, and have enough money to buy hair and food if I mess up! I thought I was only going to learn about hair on this site! BHM has alittle bit of everything - gotta luv it

Well I will unlock mine once I lose some weight lol. I'm gonna try to post progress pics once a month. I'm actually losing weight more now. I guess with all my fruit intake and not eating high cal snacks. I'm shocked I still haven't drunken in sugar juices/soda yet.
ETA: I think I'm gonna add weight loss inspirations as well, like i did hair inspriations.

If you are gonna be doing calorie counting like me here are some good tips and websites.In order to lose 1-2 lbs a week you need to cut 500 calories a day off of your total calorie needs.You need to cut/burn 3500 calories to burn 1 lb.You can do that through cutting food or by a combo of cutting foods and exercise.At my height and weight i need 2000 calories a day to maintain my weight so for my diet i will eating 1400 calories a day and burning at least 200 calories a day for 5 days a week through exercise.That means i will be decreasing a total of 4200 calories a week through diet and 1000 calories a week through exercise.At that rate i will lose about 1 and a half lbs a week. I have been on the Master Cleanse sinse monday and have lost 7 pounds so far and I am still going strong...I plan on stopping on Thursday...I need to prepare my stomach for the Luncheon ...I will let you guys no the ending weight loss....

Thank You. ..this cleanse really works I am surprised I thought I would be starving but I am not hungrey at all ....well hopefully it stays off....I needed a jump b/c I was not losing anything and I was working out 4-5 days a week

OK, Mcelwee and NJ?? You both look hot! Like I told you in your fotki Mcelwee, if you are looking to change your eating habits, that's cool, but your mindset makes you believe your are bigger and in worse shape than you are-YOU'RE NOT!
I would join, I've gained like 20 pounds since September, but I know I'm won't comit. Losing weight essentially takes a life style change, not a diet. And I love donuts, cake, sweets, candy & junk too much, & I can't see myself saying good-bye yet, unless my doctor really, really makes me. I will try to curb my junk & lose 10 before May, though.
