I realised the same questions about MN are asked all the time, and since the "MN problem" thread, i have just been researching everything about it incase i start to use it again. So i figured let me just put everything into one thread so people wouldnt have to do what i did (or not) and go looking all over the place for them.

Yes, we all appreciate it. I was getting exhausted from trying to search through all the threads. I mixed mine last night after reading this post and applied it to my scalp. Tingly!!! And P-U that stuff stinks! I'm going to have to add something to make it smell better. I think I'm going to start by using mine 3 days per and build on that if needed.
